The Danskin Core Ball Plus extends exercise ball functionality and safety of a standard exercise ball by adding several unique features. Small weighted balls attached to the exercise ball with exercise tubing enables upper body resistance exercise routines. A patented balance ring provides enhanced stability for select exercises. The balance ring will allow beginners and intermediate level exercisers to workout on the ball more confidently without worrying about ball instability.
