The 300 Series platform is an ideal closed chain, low impact aerobic upper and/or lower body muscle-conditioning platform. The body stabilizing chest support pad adjusts to a vertical or horizontal position for maximum comfort and has a 7" range of motion. The optional foot pedals for lower body use make the Endorphin 300 Series a very complete and adaptable exercise unit. With the four available e-resistance systems e1, e2, e3, e4, Endorphin is extremely versatile and adjusts to all fitness levels.
The 300 Series E3 Low Resistance hand cycle features a magnetic chain drive resistance that provides a smooth, quiet, frictionless e-resistance in the forward motion. Users can choose from 8 workout programs displayed on a large LED matrix display. Programs range from hill climb to auto-controlled target heart rate and a manual select mode. The electronic monitor displays pulse, time, distance, speed, calories, and heart rate. The Endorphin e3 is designed for users with minimal strength that want to utilize all the features of the e-resistance system.
