The seat sits at 18 inches high, the equivalent of a standard office chair, so its perfect for all users. Rowing is recognized as offering a complete body workout because over 82% of the bodys muscles are utilized. It also works the majority of the bodys joints through a significant and beneficial range of movement with virtually no impact. An optional Polar Heart Rate Receiver can also be added to the unit for accurate and constant heart rate feedback and general workout tracking.
