Crunch Situp Attachment for the Ironmaster Super Bench with mounting handle to hold on to. Place knees over top pad and feet under front pad. Adjustable leg increases the angle. Attaches to Super Bench spine with the pull pin and locks in place. Perfect position for abdominal training. Also assists in steep angled decline presses.
