Product Description
The Workbench Olympic/Narrow bench is a recent release to the Powertec Workbench Series. We received numerous requests to design a simple, beefy, low profile affordable bench for trainers who just want to get down and dirty. This bench is compact, low to the ground, so you feel real safe and secure. The bench is constructed of 3"x 3" tubing. The bench utilizes a single pad which provides decline, flat and two incline positions. Adjustable uprights allow for a variety of bar exercises. One of neat things about this bench is that it comes standard with two cross brace sections. This allows you to set up the bench in either a traditional Olympic width for a 7 foot bar, or in the narrow mode which can accept 5 through 7 foot bars.
